The Department of Pharmacy was established by the College of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2014 E.C. Since its inception, the department has been actively enrolling and educating students. The department is equipped with a well-organized office, complete with desks and furniture, and has made significant efforts to establish a skill laboratory. This laboratory is designed to support both educational activities and problem-solving research, while also contributing to community service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
The Department of Pharmacy is currently educating a total of 135 first-degree students, distributed as follows: 26 students in the 3rd year, 41 students in the 2nd year (2nd semester), 37 students in the 2nd year (1st semester), and 31 students in the 1st year (2nd semester). The department is staffed by 19 individuals, including 1 Assistant Professor, 3 Lecturers, 13 Assistant Lecturers, and 2 Technical Assistants. The department is committed to its vision of providing education through qualified and professional faculty, producing skilled, competent, and competitive pharmacists, conducting impactful research that addresses real-world problems, and offering community service that benefits society.
